As a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I strive to create an environment where clients feel comfortable, valued, and understood, allowing them to build trust and engage in the therapeutic process. I focus on establishing strong rapport by ensuring that clients feel supported and safe in discussing their thoughts, emotions, and struggles. My approach integrates a variety of therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness practices, and Person-Centered Therapy. I am particularly passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and young adults who face challenges such as anxiety, depression, OCD, panic attacks, ADHD and adjusting to major life changes. I view therapy as a courageous choice and aim to help clients recognize its power as a valuable tool for personal growth and healing.
Outside of sessions, I enjoy cooking, practicing self care, traveling, trying out new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends!
