As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with diagnostic privilege, I have had the opportunity of supporting clients in their journey toward a healthier, more balanced life. I am dedicated to providing the expertise and guidance needed to help you navigate challenges, heal, and move forward into a mindset that fosters both emotional well-being and fulfillment.
I believe everyone deserves to lead a life of purpose and peace. If you're feeling overwhelmed by your thoughts, struggling with unhealthy patterns in relationships, grappling with anxiety, or feeling uncertain about your future or identity, I’m here to help. Change may feel daunting, but together, we can work through it. Through humor, relatability, and a commitment to understanding your unique needs, we’ll create a path toward the life you want to live.
In our work together, I use a combination of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, and strengths-focused approaches, to help you uncover who you are, clarify what you want, and guide you on how to get there. This is a collaborative process, and we will be partners in your healing journey, with you leading the way.
I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults across a variety of settings, including private practice, NYC Department of Education schools, palliative care, and correctional facilities.
As a Clinical Supervisor, I also guide and mentor aspiring clinicians, many of whom have gone on to build successful careers in the mental health field. I have supervised numerous students from programs at St. John’s University, College of Staten Island, Touro College, Brooklyn College, and others in the Tri-State area.
When I’m not in session, you’ll likely find me spending quality time with family, friends, and my dog. I enjoy exploring new places, going to the beach, and trying new things. I’m always looking for ways to grow and embrace life’s adventures.
Let today be the start of your journey toward change. I’m here to support you every step of the way.
