Welcome! I am glad you took the first steps towards your self care. Taking care of yourself mentally and emotionally is one of the most important things you can do. Many of us have pain, wounds, trauma and struggles we carry with us everyday. Let us work together to being the healing process. I hope our work together will help you to heal from anxieties, depression, self esteem issues, relationship struggles, or anything that you may be facing. Know that during our time together you will be provided with a warm, supportive, safe and caring environment. During our time together we will define your personal goals. With openness, honesty, and unconditional positive regard, we work together as you find your path toward personal growth, change and healing. My experiences ranges from working with children, adolescents and adults. Practices include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. I have two masters degrees. I have a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Special Education.
Outside of therapy session: I love to be with my family, friends and my dog. I love to travel, try new restaurants, enjoy the outdoors, or any new adventure. But, of course any time I can be on the beach it is truly my happy and favorite place to be.
